2018 JEF Scholarship Award Announcement

Journalism Education Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2018 Local Study Scholarship.

Three journalists are awarded this year:

Cheung Chi Yan, South China Morning Post

Pang Yin Hon, Commercial Radio Hong Kong

Cheung Lai San, am730

They will each receive scholarship amounts to 2/3 of tuition fee or HK$60,000, whichever is lower.

Journalism Education Foundation Local Study Scholarship was established in 2008 to provide financial assistance to selected journalists every year to help them further their studies, with a view to fulfilling the foundation’s mission of promoting the overall standards of the profession and nurturing talented journalists.
