Hong Kong News-Expo, a landmark for providing exhibition-cum-education facility in Hong Kong with news as the main theme, will be established in the Bridges Street Market site. We are looking for candidates who have the passion to join our dynamic team.

 

Position: Office Administrator (Ref. : M/OA/1/2013)

 

Responsibilities:

a.      To assist the Chief Executive officer/Deputy Chief Executive Officer in daily office management and operation;

b.      responsible for book-keeping and assist in the preparation of budget and expense reports;

c.       responsible for human resources management and other general office duties;

d.      responsible for procurement and inventory tracking of goods and services in the setting-up and smooth running of Hong Kong News-Expo;

e.      support the work of the Board and various committees;

f.        maintain proper filing of all documents;

g.      perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer/Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

 

Requirements:

a.      Diploma or above in Business Administration/Accounting/Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;

b.      familiar with accounting procedures;

c.       Highly organized and flexible

d.      proficiency in the usage of English and Chinese languages;

e.      detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;

f.        ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines;

g.      good PC knowledge including MS Office, Excel, presentation software and Chinese input;

h.      knowledge in local employment legislations, and previous working experience in public and social organizations will be an advantage.
