JEF Scholarship Scheme 2013 opens for application
Journalism Education Foundation Scholarship Scheme 2013 is now opened for application.
Local journalists who hold Hong Kong permanent resident identity cards with at least three
years of local journalistic experiences can apply for overseas short term studying programme
or local studying programme.
Application starts from February 1 to March 31 2013. Details of the scholarship scheme,
